Anne Vézina is a past president of the Canadian Cancer Society. Prior to this Ms. Vézina was the VP Strategy Performance. Before this role, Ms. Vézina was the Director of Information Services overseeing the national toll-free Cancer Information Service, and the development and dissemination of cancer information in print and via www.cancer.ca.

In November 2004, Ms. Vézina was elected President of the International Cancer Information Service Group (ICISG), a group of 50 members from 30 countries affiliated with the Union Internationale Contre le Cancer (UICC).

Prior to joining the Canadian Cancer Society in May 1998, Ms. Vézina spent six years as Executive Director of the Respiratory Health Network of Centres of Excellence, a program funded by the federal government of Canada. Ms. Vézina holds a bachelor of architecture from McGill University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
